Frame rubbing. Visible stretcher marks. Surface grime. Buckling of canvas at the lower right corner. Scattered craquelure throughout. Dense varnish, unable to see visible restoration under UV light. Possible inpaint and repairs in the hair of the boy and an area two inches from the right of the boy's head with corresponding patches on the reverse.
