Meiji Period, late 19th century
The rectangular form lacquered overall with scrolling leafy vines on a nashiji ground, constructed with two upper sliding doors above two shelves, a paneled door and another sliding door, each door with a landscape scene. Height 39 inches, width 28 inches, depth 12 inches.

Top doors put in upside down. Surface dirt and scattered stains overall. Loss to some of metal brackets. Small nicks on edges. Needs a cleaning and minor restoration to stabilize.
