Special Conditions of Sale For This Auction

Please note that due to the large number of group lots offered in the End of Summer Sale, we are unable to provide condition reports for property in this auction. Our intent is to be fair and objective in our catalogue descriptions, but as noted in our Terms of Guarantee and Conditions of Sale, all items are sold "as is" and all sales are "final sales." We encourage you to examine the property in person, or have a representative attend the public exhibition. If this is not possible, and you are concerned about bidding on an item without a condition report, we strongly recommend that you do not bid on the lot. Thank you for your interest in Doyle New York.
