Carved florets and oval and freeform cabochon moonstones, 11 oval cabochon emeralds, 6 oval cabochon sapphires, 43 round, oval and cushion-shaped sapphires, all signed DN, ap. 37.4 dwts.
Gold tests as 14 kt.
Moonstones: colorless, billowy blue adularescence, cleanish, transparent, few with scratches, nice carvings and good polish.
Sapphires: bright medium cornflower blue to medium deep blue, several grayish-blue, cleanish to slightly included, several nicks and chips, lively.
Emeralds: medium-light green, moderately included, transparent, good polish.
Patina to gold sections.
Brooch 3 x 2 1/4 inches.
Clip-backs. 1 1/2 x 7/8 inch.
