The hinged D-shape crossbanded above a frieze with molded praass panels on turned tapering banded legs.
Height 29 1/2 inches (75 cm), width 31 1/4 inches (79.5 cm), depth 15 3/4 inches (40 cm), open 31 inches (79.5 cm).
A similar pair of brass-mounted rosewood and satinwood games tables, attributed to John McLean, were offered in Important English Furniture, Christie's New York, October 7, 2003, lot 177, which features similarly turned tapering banded legs.
