A Map of Four Blocks of Ground, situate in the 10th (late 7th) Ward of the City of New York being part of the Lands formerly belonging to James Delancey which were sold.... in the years 1784 & 1785. "I certify this map to be a true abstract from the map of Declancey's Farm.... taken by me this 18th December 1824 / Geo. B. Smith."
