In two parts, the upper section with egg-and-dart-carved and dentillated cornice above a blind fret-carved frieze, a foliate-carved molding and a pair of mullioned glazed doors with fruit- and foliate-carved end panels, opening to glass shelves, the waisted lower section above three drawers with gilt-metal lion-headed bail handles flanked by cupboard doors with blind fret-carved end panels and opening to a shelved interior, raised on a molded plinth; the back bearing a metal tag embossed with the number 57-0564.. Height 8 feet 7 inches (261.2 cm), width 6 feet 4 inches (193 cm), depth 19 inches (48.3 cm).

In two pieces, cornice frieze possibly later, old marks and scratches, very good quality mahogany, sides to upper section with plugs where once fitted with hooks, upper section interior now electrified, silk-lined and fitted with glass shelves, top and bottom of inside of glazed doors with nail holes where once fitted with blinds, drawer handles appear to be original, some locks to doors replaced, interiors of lower section now silk-lined, old marks and scratches, scuffs to plinth; Height of upper section 68 inches (172.7 cm), height of lower section 35 1/2 inches (90.2 cm).
