In two part, the upper section with arched mirrored doors opening to adjustable shelves, the lower section with slant front opening to an interior fitted with a prospect doors, secret drawers, valenced pigeonholes and drawers above a sliding panel opening to a well, all over two short over two long drawers and raised on bracket feet; decorated all over with chinoiserie figures at various pursuits. Height 6 feet 3 3/4 inches (192.5 cm), width 34 1/4 inches (87 cm), depth 19 1/2 inches (49.5 cm).

Japanned and gilt decoration later, fair condition, perishing to later over-varnish especially around mirror panels, sides of upper section and lower left section, chips and losses to decoration throughout, oxidation, crystallization and losses to silvering of mirror plates, corner blocks to feet later. age cracks to sides, scuffs to feet.
