Circular, on a green ground, centering a reserve depicting seventeenth-century boyar men and women in a townscape, the border with the gilt Roman numerals XX, the dates 1909 1939 and a monogram, within a gilt rim, the reverse with a gilt Russian dedication inscription dated May 1939. Diameter 14 1/4 inches (36.2 cm).
