The rectangular top with canted front corners and flowerhead-carved edge above frieze drawer opening to a hinged baize-lined writing surface and opening to an interior formerly fitted with a central mirror above a drawer and flanked compartments and dividers, the case with shaped apron drawer over a shaped panel cupboard door flanked by six small drawers, the canted corners carved with trailing leaves, the foliate-carved bracket feet.

Beautiful quality, lovely mahogany. old marks and scratches, losses and replacements to veneers, age cracks to sides, breaks to front of interior sliding panel, now lacking ratched mirror and lids to compartments, scuffs to feet, handles possibly later.
