Xuande Period, cyclically dated to 1433
The heavy loop is painted with a clotted blue band and the top of the seal with four of the Eight Lucky Things."Seal reading zhe wei jin? wu, probably reading "Kindness is the substance of compassion". Hardwood box. 2 1/2 x 2 3/8 x 1 7/8 inches (6.4 x 6 x 4.8 cm).
