Some thumbsoiling to endpaper and inscribed leaf, a few scuffs to binding but overall a fine copy.
The MacDowell Club was a New York City women's arts organization that supported the MacDowell Colony, an artist's retreat in New Hampshire. This uncommon compilation of Roosevelt's writing includes essays on hunting wild animals, the Battle at San Juan Hill, the Rough Riders, etc.
