Rectangular, enameled in translucent pale green over a wavy engine-turned ground, the hinged cover applied with a later diamond-set laurel swag and later portrait roundels of Emperor Nicholas II and Empress Alexandra Feodorovna. Width 3 15/16 inches (10 cm).
The applied swags and portraits on the cover are later and not original. Light surface scratches to enamel. One sides with small chips to enamel along edges. Other side with possible restoration to enamel at one corner.
