Doyle has been privileged to auction prominent estates and distinguished collections from Connecticut and New York State that achieved outstanding results, including members of the storied Vanderbilt family. The Estate of Lady Sarah Consuelo Spencer-Churchill featured important French furniture collected by her grandmother, Gilded Age heiress Consuelo Vanderbilt Balsan. The collection of Fay Dawes Couyoumjan (1921-2015) featured a Light Brown Pink square emerald cut diamond ring of 9.87 carats that achieved a stunning $281,000, far surpassing its $100,000-150,000 estimate. New York-born Mrs. Couyoumjan lived in Paris with her husband, Anastase, following the War, before returning to the States and settling in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Doyle was honored to auction the Collection of Claire Tracy and Frank Glaser of Greenwich, Connecticut on October 8, 2019 as a single-owner section comprising over 125 lots in the sale of American Paintings, Furniture & Decorative Arts. Property from the Estates of W.R. Appleby and Elinor Appleby, longtime donors to the Asian Department at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, sold in the September 2020 Asian Works of Art sale.
