The offerings span the Antique, Victorian, Edwardian, Art Nouveau, Art Deco and Modern eras and include high-carat-weight diamond and colored stone rings, as well as fine watches, gentlemen’s accessories and objets de vertu.
From the Property of a Florida Lady is a stunning pair of earclips centering sparkling Fancy Yellow diamonds, one approx. 5.89 carats, Internally Flawless, and the other approx. 5.60 carats, VS1 clarity (est. $100,000-150,000).
The selection of diamond rings is highlighted by a ring set featuring a glittering round diamond of approx. 8.89 carats, J color, VS1 clarity (est. $100,000-150,000). From the Estate of a Long Island Lady is a sapphire and diamond ring set with a Ceylon (Sri Lanka) sapphire of approx. 11.89 carats (est. $40,000-60,000). By Cartier is a two-stone ring set with a diamond of approx. 2.73 carats, E color, I1 clarity, and a Burma ruby of approx. 3.07 carats (est. $25,000-35,000).
Introduced in the 1920s, “Tutti Frutti” jewelry combines the exuberant colors and textures of India with the refined, geometric designs produced during the Art Deco era. By Van Cleef & Arpels, France, is a rare pair of circa 1930 diamond and carved gem-set “Tutti Frutti” clips that are as desirable and stylish today as the day they were made (est. $20,000-30,000).
