New York & London: Blue Moon Books/John Calder, [1988]. First edition, number 39 of 200 copies signed by both Beckett and illustrator Louis le Brocquy. Original parchment backed linen boards stamped in gilt, slipcase. 13 1/2 x 9 inches (35 x 23 cm); with one color lithograph and eight lithographs in black by le Brocquy printed by Pierre Chave, all printed on fine paper with deckle edge, prospectus laid-in. A fine copy.
Beckett's final work of fiction, written in three parts and dedicated to longtime Grove Press publisher Barney Rosset, was issued on 13 April 1988, the author's 83rd birthday.
