Chinese Cloisonné Enamel Planter
Qing Dynasty, 18th century
The cylindrical form divided into two registers by gilt-bronze double twisted rope bands at the foot, mid section and rim, the upper register with two gilt-bronze lion head and loose ring handles mounted to either side, enameled overall with scrolling lotus on a medium blue ground. Height 7 1/4 inches.
