18 kt., one cushion-shaped sapphire ap. 2.70 cts., one cushion-shaped diamond ap. 1.00 ct., one cushion-shaped diamond ap. .93 ct., signed TK, c. 1886, ap. 5.1 dwts. Size 7.
With AGL report no. 1086964, Kashmir origin, no indications of heat or clarity enhancement.
With GIA report no. 2185698081, 1,00 ct., I color, VS1 clarity.
With GIA Diamond Dossier report no. 1182463488, .93 ct., G color, VS1 clarity.
Thomas Kirkpatrick Jewelers was established in New York in 1860. This Kashmir sapphire ring signed TK and dated '86 (1886) was sourced shortly after the discovery of the first legendary Kashmir sapphires in 1881 after a landslide high in the Himalaya Mountains of northwest India.

In good condition, normal wear for age with light scratches to surface.

Sapphire: bright electric velvety blue, good color concentration, zoning slightly visible across stone, cleanish, nicks and scratches across table, several facet edge abrasions, some nicks around girdle, very lively.

Tests for 18k gold.

With personal engraving on inner shank.
