Platinum, centering one octagonal-cut ruby approximately 6.29 cts., flanked by 2 baguette diamonds approximately 1.30 cts., signed Cartier. Size 6 1/2.
With GIA report no. 5131171452 stating that the ruby is of Burma (Myanmar) origin, no indication of heating.

Diamonds: J-VS & SI.
